I am this human body.
I am every cell that makes up my physical existence.
I am my heart.
I am my liver.
I am my brain.
I am this mind.
I am thought.
I am feeling.
I am important.
I am significant
I am funny.
I am powerful.
I am impactful.
BUT, when I die, I am none of the above. Then, I am nothing. So how can I be this body, these thoughts, these feelings, this personality?
There is something beyond this. When I die, the energy that fuels this life leaves this physical, human experience. It merges with the divine source, like a drop merging with the ocean. Inside, within, is the divine light.
It is the source of everything. The mind and body have forgotten.
So the question is not who am I? Who I am is temporary and transient.
Rather the question is: What am I?
I AM everything and nothing.
I AM the ocean.
I AM Returning to this truth repeatedly, especially when I forget momentarily, which is allowing me to experience more and more peace.
