This question is changing my life in so many ways 🔥🔥🔥
At the AJC Coaching Career School, we talked about listening.
Are we truly listening for the greatness in everyone we speak to? Or are we having automatic mind vomit listening of people? (my words 🙃)
I want to share my wholehearted listening of one of my peers at the AJC coaching school.
This is an acknowledgment of the fucking awesome Rani Bora and who she is being for me 💛
Rani is a light. Rani is fun. Rani is powerful. Rani is Being Transformation.
The first day we met in person, we were asked to share our personal bios with each other one by one. ( We were asked to write these bios before the school began.
Ankush said that we had ultimate bragging rights and not to hold back.
When it was Rani’s turn to share, she began rapidly reading her bio. In the next moment, she stopped.
She threw the book down and stood strong in the circle of us. In that moment, something shifted in me.
In that moment, she didn’t need a bio to share who she is.
She didn’t need to get it ‘right.’
In that moment, something powerful happened.
Rani spoke from her heart, her truth and her raw honesty. It moved the entire room.
I felt so drawn to her and who she was taking a stand for.
Because she was standing for herself.
She was quite literally standing in her power.
Since then, Rani has shown me more deeply what it means to transform, to shed thinking and ideas of who we think we are. And live into the Truth of what we really are.
Every interaction I receive from her is filled with love and abundance.
I love when she shouts ‘fuck!’
I love when she dances randomly.
I love her humour.
I love her power.
I love her service of others.
I love who I become in her presence.
Oh and she happens to be a fucking powerful coach.
It’s not in what she does, it’s all in who she is being.
No-one else can be like Rani.
I have learned so much from who you are being Rani. Thank you for the gift that you are.
