I have never known this to be truer to me than it is now. Showing our vulnerability, our true nature, and the reality of our being is what it truly means to be human.
When we remove the filters of perfection and how we “should” be, we open ourselves to receive more love and joy. We become relatable, real and inspiring.
Through my journey of coaching, building a business and stepping out into the really f*cking uncomfortable place of being truly seen, I have learned that being human is the only way to connect with the women that I serve.
Because they are equally vulnerable and powerful, simultaneously.
Portraying an image of myself that is perfect isnβt inspiring, real or authentic. It doesnβt speak to my community. That perfect image is more about protecting my ego.
