The way you speak and perceive your world determines how you act and create your world.
If you think you can’t do something, I promise you, you can’t. It sounds so cliché and I used to be someone who didn’t give personal development and mindset work the time of day. Until I got depression.
I was miserable in my job, and my nature changed from happy-go-lucky to cynical and jealous of others. ‘Why do they get to be so happy? Why don’t they support me? Why don’t they care about what I’m going through? Why do they have it so easy?’
When you come from a place of lack, a place of ‘it’s not fair,’ you are vibrating on the lowest energy vibe in the universe, your vibration is completely FEAR-based.
I was afraid to leave my job, I was afraid of failure and I was afraid that I wasn’t good enough. And because I was so afraid, my fearful vibration invited depression into my life. Then I started working on my mindset, through therapy and coaching. I started to reframe my thoughts and for the first time, my mindset shifted. I saw my world differently, I spoke my world differently, I started to believe in possibility and opportunity and I started to move and act differently.
I often refer to the mindset as a door. We perceive it to be shut, maybe even locked from one angle, until we change our point of view. And realise that the door is actually ever so slightly ajar. And there is a world of opportunity on the other side of the door if we have the courage to open up.
I raised my vibration from fear to gratitude through mindset work.
And now, my vibration calls in powerful women who want to do the same. And it feels like magic every time.
